This Refund Policy explains the refund window and cancellation rules for Autogapp subscriptions and related services provided by Sempro Company Inc..

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment date for a new subscription payment or a subscription renewal payment.

Demo and Evaluation Period

Autogapp may provide a limited demo or trial period so a business can evaluate the platform before continuing with a paid subscription. If you continue with a paid subscription, the 14 calendar day refund window starts from the date the payment is processed.

Subscription Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan and billing cycle selected at checkout. Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions may renew automatically. Paid subscriptions are normally charged in CAD through Stripe or another approved payment provider.

Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription from the billing area where available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. If you request a refund within the 14 calendar day refund window and the refund is processed, access to the paid subscription may end when the refund is issued.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within 14 calendar days of the payment date and include your company name, account email, payment date, payment amount, and the subscription plan name.

Refund Method

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the subscription payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on the payment provider, card network, and bank.

After the Refund Window

Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the payment date. After this period, you can still cancel your subscription to stop future renewal charges.

Processing Time

Once a refund is processed, bank and card network processing times may vary. We do not control bank processing delays.
