These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Autogapp, a software service operated by MECASOFT INC.. By creating an account, starting a demo, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Business Use and Eligibility
Autogapp is provided for business users only. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register.
Subscriptions, Demo Access, and Billing
Autogapp may provide a limited demo period after registration. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Non-payment may result in restricted or suspended access. Refunds are reviewed only on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
User Responsibility for Data
You are solely responsible for all customer, vehicle, invoice, SMS, job card, inventory, and other business data entered into Autogapp. You are responsible for obtaining all required consents and complying with privacy, consumer protection, SMS, tax, accounting, employment, and other laws applicable to your business.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Autogapp for illegal activity, spam or SMS abuse, unauthorized access attempts, harmful uploads, scraping, reverse engineering, competitor abuse, copyright violation, or any use that harms the platform, other users, or third parties.
Third-Party Services
Autogapp may integrate with providers such as Stripe, Twilio, DeepSeek AI, and other technical services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, pricing changes, policies, or decisions.
Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, specific business results, or suitability for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autogapp and MECASOFT INC. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Our total aggregate liability arising from the service shall not exceed the Canadian dollar equivalent of USD $100.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, suspected abuse, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms. We may investigate misuse and take appropriate action, including cancellation of service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta. Disputes are subject to the appropriate courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
