MECASOFT INC. ("Autogapp", "we", "us", or "our") provides cloud-based garage management software for automotive repair businesses and service teams. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information when you use Autogapp.

When a business creates an Autogapp account, we may collect account registration and billing information including name, company name, email address, phone number, and business tax or registration details.
Autogapp customers may upload, store, edit, or delete their own business data and customer-related information inside the platform, including customer names, vehicle details, VINs, mileage, booking information, invoices, estimates, photos, files, SMS-related content, and internal operational records.
This data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure and is processed solely for the purpose of providing the Autogapp service to the account owner.
Autogapp acts as a software provider and service platform. We do not independently collect end-customer information directly from a repair shop's customers for our own business purposes. Each Autogapp customer is solely responsible for:
Autogapp does not assume liability for the content, legality, accuracy, consent status, disclosure, or use of customer or vehicle data uploaded or processed by an account owner or their staff.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment card data is not stored on Autogapp servers. Stripe stores and processes payment method information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.
Depending on the features used, Autogapp may integrate with third-party providers including Stripe, Twilio, DeepSeek AI, external vehicle-history/reporting APIs, Cloudflare, hosting providers, backup providers, analytics tools, and notification tools. These providers may process limited data necessary to perform the requested function.
Autogapp data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Backups may be stored in the United States. By using the service, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be stored, processed, transferred, or backed up in jurisdictions outside your local region.
We use commercially reasonable technical and operational measures to protect the service and stored data. However, no platform, server, transmission method, or backup system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.
Account owners may edit or remove their business data within the service. After account cancellation or termination, we may retain account and service data for up to 30 days for recovery, billing review, fraud prevention, operational continuity, dispute handling, and legal compliance, after which data may be deleted or anonymized at our discretion unless longer retention is required by law or legitimate business need.

Any SMS, notifications, reminders, or customer communications sent through Autogapp are the sole responsibility of the account owner using the platform. The customer must ensure lawful consent, messaging compliance, opt-in/opt-out compliance, and content legality. Autogapp is not responsible for unlawful messaging practices by its customers.
Autogapp is intended for business use by users aged 18 or older. It is not designed as a consumer-facing platform for personal use.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Autogapp after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Autogapp, a software service operated by MECASOFT INC. ("Autogapp", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, starting a demo, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Autogapp is intended solely for business users aged 18 or older, including automotive repair shops, garages, service advisors, technicians, managers, and related commercial users.
Autogapp is a cloud-based garage management platform that may include booking workflows, schedules, job cards, team coordination, inventory tools, estimates, invoices, payments, messaging features, customer-facing links, vehicle-related utilities, AI-assisted tools, and related business management functions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity performed by employees, staff, subcontractors, agents, or other users you authorize.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are solely responsible for all information, files, customer records, vehicle records, communications, images, documents, and content uploaded, created, stored, transmitted, or shared through Autogapp.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, notices, and legal authority to collect, use, store, process, and share such data through the service.
Autogapp is not responsible for your customer data, your customer communications, or your compliance obligations toward your own customers.
You may not use Autogapp for:
Autogapp offers paid subscription plans and may offer a 2-day demo period. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. Payment card details are not stored on our servers.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel or change plans, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
Refunds, if any, are issued solely on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion. Nothing in the service or these Terms guarantees a refund.
We may suspend, restrict, investigate, or terminate access to Autogapp at our discretion where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, non-payment, unlawful conduct, policy violations, security risk, or misuse of the platform.
Non-payment may result in suspension or loss of access. Abuse-related actions may be immediate where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, our users, or our business.
Certain features may rely on third-party providers such as Stripe, Twilio, DeepSeek AI, external vehicle-history/reporting services, Cloudflare, hosting providers, and backup providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, service interruptions, data handling, or availability of third-party providers.
Autogapp is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, always available, or free from delay, data loss, integration issues, or third-party outages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autogapp, MECASOFT INC., and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or business interruption damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, customers, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the Canadian dollar equivalent of USD $100.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MECASOFT INC. and its affiliates, personnel, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses, fines, penalties, and legal fees arising from your use of the service, your data, your customer communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Following cancellation or termination, we may retain data for up to 30 days for operational, legal, fraud prevention, backup, billing, or dispute-handling purposes, after which deletion or anonymization may occur at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating to the service shall be subject to the appropriate courts located in Alberta, Canada, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may modify the service, pricing, features, integrations, policies, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of Autogapp after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
